Citizen journalists investigated 438 members of US Congress, and tentatively found 19 spouses who were paid by a member’s campaign committee-totalling some $637,424 since January 1, 2005. These members of Congress are giving our tax dollars to their wives. An interesting experiment in networked journalism.
